Adam Shuttleworth

19 years Oil & Gas expertise, primarily focused in the Oil & Gas industry with several international relocations. Starting career with Expro working offshore North Sea before moving into Sales & Business Development before moving into Sales Leadership positions to drive international revenue growth.

David Lane

David Lane serves as our Eastern Hemisphere Managing Director, engaged to expand and grow Shepherd’s customized solutions across the globe.

Mr. Lane is a seasoned leader who executes on accountability, adding value, and assisting customers with customized solutions that address meaningful problems. He has been working in the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the entire Eastern Hemisphere, building relationships,
introducing proven US-based technologies, inventing new technologies, and understanding the needs of the region for over 15 years.

Mr. Lane was the former President & CEO of Impact Selector International for 23 years, an oil field services technology provider that was sold to Weatherford International plc (NASDAQ: WFRD) on February 1, 2024. Mr. Lane grew Impact Selector from a single location, single
product centric business to a full life of well technology solutions provider with locations in 12 different countries and assets in most oil & gas producing regions of the World.

Mr. Lane received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida and lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and children.

Jodie French

Jodie French joined Shepherd in Shepherd in August of 2022 as Director of Administration. Jodie’s role involves all HR aspects of Shepherd as well as streamlining management systems and improving business efficiencies. Jodie is also active in the continued growth of the company in the sales and marketing divisions.

Prior to joining Shepherd, Jodie has been on the administrative side of the oil & gas industry for over 12 years at several successful companies including a prior Pelican portfolio companies.

Jodie grew up in San Antonio TX and attended University of Texas in San Antonio for business management. She is currently working on obtaining her SHRM certification.

Jennifer Hendricks

Jennifer Hendricks serves as a Field Safety Development representative. Jennifer is a seasoned expert in oil field safety development, currently leading initiatives in field safety for the oil and gas sector. She has been at the forefront of ensuring safety and compliance in the industry since 2017 and has extensive experience in the field dating back to 2009.

Jennifer’s dedication to field safety is underscored by her proactive approach to developing and implementing safety protocols that not only comply with regulatory standards but also promote a culture of safety and awareness among workers. Her efforts have significantly contributed to reducing incidents and enhancing the overall safety performance in the projects she oversees.

Darin Pinto

Darin Pinto currently serves as the Director of Product Development at Shepherd Safety Systems, where he plays a pivotal role in spearheading the development of cutting-edge IoT gas detection devices. His leadership extends to managing multiple teams, guiding them in the creation of Hardware and Software for Safety and Methane Emissions Monitoring.

Prior to his current role, Darin held senior positions at reputable organizations, including ServiceMax, Sysco Corporation, Dräger Safety, and Carbo Ceramics, where he showcased his prowess in product management and development.

Darin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, he is certified in Pragmatic Management and holds a Product Management Certification (PMC-III).

Ty Baker

Ty Baker serves as our U.S. Business Development Manager. He joined Shepherd Safety Systems in May 2022, focusing on integrating and promoting Shepherd’s solutions within the oil and gas production sector. Ty is enthusiastic about the safety sector and is dedicated to fostering a safer and healthier environment within the oil and gas industry.

Before joining Shepherd, Ty was an owner of Extract, an ESP company. During his tenure, he played a key role in building and developing Extract into one of the largest ESP service companies in the U.S. Ty has 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record in sales across U.S. land, South America, and Eastern Europe.

Ty is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, holding a degree in Corporate Communications and Marketing.

Liana Kucera

Liana Kucera joined Shepherd in March 2024 as the Financial Controller. Liana brings years of experience and knowledge in accounting and financial management across various industries and other Pelican portfolio companies.

Liana has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas sector with a proven track record of driving financial performance, implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Liana has a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.

Liana is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Molly Reyes

Molly Reyes serves as a Corporate Emissions Advisor at Shepherd Safety Systems and has worked in the oil & gas industry for 25 years, across the energy value chain. She offers a unique blend of commercial strategy and technical research skills that enable her to quickly build trust, establish credibility, and develop fit-for-purpose solutions.

Molly is an offshore oil & gas expert and has held a variety of roles focused on subsea infrastructure, asset economics, regulatory policy, and corporate strategy. She has also had significant exposure to emerging technologies that support sustainable development, GHG emissions reduction, and the energy transition.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of International Studies and Master of International Business from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX.

Dylan Glosser

Dylan Glosser joined Shepherd in January 2024 as the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development. Dylan is responsible for helping shape and execute the strategic direction of the company, as well as identifying and facilitating key growth opportunities through corporate development initiatives.

Prior to joining Shepherd, Dylan was a Senior Associate at Pelican Energy Partners, the majority stakeholder in the Company. During his tenure at Pelican, Dylan worked closely with Shepherd in an advisory role while maintaining other key investment and operational responsibilities at the investment firm.

Prior to joining Pelican, Dylan was an equity research Associate at Simmons & Co. (Piper Sandler) where he focused on both industry and company-level research and analysis across the oil services sector.

Dylan grew up in Dallas and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, earning a degree in Finance and Investment Management.

Jennifer Valentine

Jennifer Valentine serves as the Senior Corporate Emissions Advisor at Shepherd Safety Systems, where she excels in fostering connections between operators and innovative solutions for methane mitigation. With a proven track record in specialized areas such as hazardous gas detection and emissions monitoring, Jennifer leverages her extensive industry experience to empower clients in safeguarding their assets.

Her journey in the oil and gas sector spans over a decade, marked by diverse roles ranging from Microseismic Project Manager to Methane Solutions Director. Jennifer graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Ocean and Coastal Resources, complemented by a Business Management degree.

Seth Long

Seth Long serves as President and CEO of Shepherd Safety Systems, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the oilfield service industry.

Throughout his career, Mr. Long has been instrumental in collaborating with executive management teams to champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) leadership initiatives and spearhead program development. Prior to his role at Shepherd, he served as an Operating Partner at Pelican Energy Partners, a distinguished energy services private equity firm based in Houston. In this capacity, Mr. Long was entrusted with overseeing operational excellence and ensuring HSE compliance for portfolio companies spanning across North America.

Mr. Long received a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Conservation & Ecology from Lubbock Christian University.
